What makes this issue very special (besides the awesome cover art) and little known to many, Neal created Malcolm Merlyn in issue #94 of JLA on page 5. Since then, you've probably seen more of him on the show Arrow. Now DC is re-introducing the character in the Green Arrow title. Smart move for DC Comics to get Neal to do the Variant Cover for this Geektastic event. Bound to be a collector's item. Signed by Neal.
