Neal wanted to do a fun Judge Dredd piece and started this one maybe 10 years ago. He put it in our art draweres to work on his DC projects but completed it in late 2021 when he decided it would make a great cover. We often take pieces he loves and offer it as a cover. He completed the coloring with the help of Jason Adams. Unfortunately, right now they are not producing Judge Dredd books so we have no one to offer it as a cover. At least for now.
